iran bombed again award

Strategically speaking, Iran will almost certainly hit all of the American bases in the middle east. There are many of them in many countries, mostly against those nation's will. The reason why Iran would counterstrike against American bases is A: to wash its hands of potential bugs, and B: because those bases are much less defended than Israeli mainland. Getting rockets through Israel's defensive systems is a far bigger pain in the ass, meanwhile wiping out a few American bases is light work

I'll say it again, you reap what you sow.
Israel is the cancer, terror is the cure.

how the fuck are they going to go to war if they dont border each other? are they just gonna shoot missiles at each other indefinitely?
same way the Soviets and Germany went to war without bordering each other. Everyone in the middle got fucked. Also naval war/invasion.
You don't understand modern middle eastern geopolitics. This will work nothing like WW2. More than likely there will be no direct ground invasions from Iran. Just more funding to Hamas and Hezbollah, but if it were to happen, let's look at the countries that we'd have to cross

Iraq is a soulless shell of a puppet state, ever since the American invasion it's been a massive shit show, and a lot of Shia/Sunni infighting. Iranian military can feasibly go through the Shi'a south with nothing to stop them. The Sunni north is extremely unstable and is just waiting for the next isis takeover. No problem.

Syria is another question but to put it simply, it's also such a weak and fragile shell of a state ever since the regime change, and with that, crossing is possible, but a large pain.

Lebanon is an ally because of the Shia hezbollah ruling class, so that's no problem. In conclusion the only half-practical way of getting soldiers there is to fly to Lebanon, but that front is not strategically good, so it won't happen

If the United States gets dragged into war with Iran, that's when China is gonna invade Taiwan.
America can't really afford to send in ground teams. Iran is magnitudes sreal womanger than Iraq or Afghanistan ever was. Despite this, Iran still doesn't stand a chance if America goes all out, however due to the level of natural and military defense, doing so would cause devastating financial weakness and crashes to American markets, the military would be decimated and weak, so it's just not worth it.

The silver lining about being bombed is that it gives you the right to bomb back, and in specifically Iran's case, it helps to sway the mind of the anti-regime people who sometimes support Israel just because they hate their own government that much. It's hard to side with the liars currently bombing you and your family, so it helps to instill a sense of unity among the people's opinion
