Made the worst noobshit TLP config of all time on my T400. It intentionally slows to a crawl on battery just to still lose 1% every two minutes, and it works so hard on AC that it takes an hour to charge 30%. Groan.

Nothing wrong with the laptop. 6GB ram, 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo and a 70Wh bad driver battery. The issue is that the laptop loves to gobble up 55Wh on idle for no reason at all without TLP. With TLP I can get it down to ~21.5Wh when running Firefox and 18Wh when idle, but that's still atrocious.

The online counter is misleading as it counts users who have been online in the past hour as opposed to online right now. If I logged off this minute for example I'd still show as "online" for another 59 minutes.
