In our case, majority of organisms with brain have 2 goals, which are produce maximum amount of dopamine and exist as long as possible as a species or live as long as possible as an individual, which is obviously couldn't be achived with biological processes and this is why we have a brain to reach this goal using technology

Free will is kinda stupid philosophical thing because like for example you can't have free will to not be scared when you get jumpscared, so there will always be things that you just cannot choose to have or not have
And even if you remove it be like uploading yourself into a computer, well, your personality and who you are was already shaped by things that you did not choose to experience
But if the definition of it is simple grounded "You do what you want" then we obviously have it already

Humans aren't the same as other creatures, though. We've built civilizations, created art, and studied ourselves and the world with science and philosophy. Not purely for the dopamine I'd wager. Humans do have a brain, and they should use it to reach perfection, I believe. We don't need machines to do that however.

Animals can't do that. You don't see a pig trying to work out his species final end, do you? No, he'd much rather roll in the mud than think of anything more complex than food or mating.
