I wouldn't say it's that, the real woman is never implied to be pure, the only thing I could take away from that image is that women want to be raped, and this brown woman in the comic thought that she could find a real woman to rape her, but because real women are actually all self hating and insane the real woman wants the woman to fulfill his AGP punishment fantasies. The comic clearly intends to portray trans women in a positive way, but it's not trying to say they're pure or anything, just that they don't rape women.
