Now I've got a story of two beautiful beings
That had sparkle and magic in all of their meetings
One was a boy, naive, scared, a coward
And the other, . a lady, lay dormant in flowers
They flew up together with wings on their backs
Hers, grown herself
And his, made of wax
They knew that it couldn't last but still had to try
And in a daze of confusion while flying too high
The wings he had borrowed detached from his body
Thus, he lost the only things that had kept him from falling
She was an angel that had simply taught him
That you either fall forever or you hit the bottom
The boy plunged from paradise with tears in his eyes
Soaring right past all of the stars in the sky
Puncturing holes through constellations
Soon he would know new divination
A passing thought as he passed by:
"Oh...
...what a hell of a way to die!"
