>Remember when carter OH SORRY “kuz” called us le heckin evil and shitoko people? Yeah the same guy that hosted cp websites, lied about himself on every step he took, stole some random Russian man’s identity and forced broke college student to sell him a website under threats of constant csam attacks on it. What a lad.

The guy on the left comes across as an effeminate cacaot and is voiced by an actual cacaot, while it's implied the one on the right is a bisexual whore, and the only normal one is in a straight relationship. But if you framed it that way, you would be considered "problematic." The jokes just write themselves.

But look on the bright-side, at least we're not the 'ru, eh? I'm cluelessly as to why my steadfast bother towards this site persists in any capacity, especially in regards to culviating culture and OC. In spite of that, I'm certain I won't be doing much any more.
>You didn't have to anything, nobody asked you too?
I wanted to see something come from a public online forum with people I mostly enjoy/tolerate become something worthwhile and fruitful beyond the simple fact that it's a public forum that isn't a real woman-den in 2016 + 10. When my written pushes didn't work to cultivate culture and OC, I wagged money in your collective faces. That didn't work either. With issues snowballing, halting the inevitable with community-efforts is futile.

>But the foreseeable Shrooru revival!
>Shroot recently added new quotes to random.txt after months of nagging, that must mean more changes are coming! We don't need community efforts with the staff around!

Lol.

You people fail to recognize nor profit upon this sites current and potential standing, for mindlessly doom-scrolling other sites for a quick dopamine hit is easier. Maybe I'm the fool here for trying to wrangle my fellow zoomgroids along into doing something creative. I'll be frank here, the 'voo had and still has 20 active members tops, and in my time there during my leave they ran creative laps around us ten-fold in comparison to what we - and by that I mean primarily myself prior to the Shrundays - created as a collective in a year. Not to mention the discussion was fresh.
>Then just go there you leaking cacaot! I'm much more friendly with you lot, I've grown accustomed to the many faces on here and talking to some of you as friends. And no, the mention of that imageboard isn't the point here, it's the per-captia - yes har har - rates of willing to create and discuss being so low on this site. Maybe we just need more fresh faces willing to do shit. I dunno.

Not enough dopamine, too long, had to scroll.

These are valid criticisms; we can't rely solely on drama and shitflinging to keep the website alive. Goot can be a funny gegbvll when he's throwing a tantrum, but he's just one guy, and the jokes themselves are like beating a dead horse, and we're never getting another Jimbo or Terry, much less a dynamic duo again.

And we do need to actually distinguish ourselves a bit more and give people a reason to join if they were previously unfamiliar with the website, because from the outside looking in, it just looks like a Discord server full of the same namecaca who have over 10k+ posts and just meander about SNCA. Looking at it from that perspective, I wouldn't want to sign up either if I were in their shoes.

Other than having a user base with a mostly clean record who can hold their own in a discussion without endless shitposting, what else do we offer?
You're right about events. I can't remember the last time we had an event; perhaps we should start suggesting ideas. I don't think we need to do another banner contest as of right now, but a while back there was a contest to produce OC that included Shrooma and another character; maybe we could have another one of those? I'm not sure.

The point about OC and users not being bothered to make anything is the same point, but nevertheless, you're right. I'm guilty of that too; I rarely draw anything for the site, and the last time I ever made banners was for the first banner contest we ever did when the forum launched. You and Idkchud have been doing the heavy lifting.

I understand Hillel provided a booru for the Shroom, which could also potentially incentivise OC if people know their work is getting archived, but I'd rather not have the guy who posted Touhou futa to his personal YouTube page on this website. And most of this is personal gripes and bickering.
>Unbanning former users who got the site took down over false CP reports? You know it!
I don't like him either, nor trust him. Despite being a 100% certified janny, he couldn't even be bothered to moderate his own Discord server that probably only has a dozen people in it. TBD.

@Mist take notes

@cargo your main flaw is coming to a forum full of jakking fatigued oldcaca who already exhausted their energy a year ago on the schlog and expecting people to give a fuck. Truth is in conditions like these you can't nudge oc to be made, it still happens sometimes but most people are tired and only keep coming back here out of routine if anything.
As for the hillel shit, it is very funny that you keep bringing it up as if it was the majority's opinion. Truth is if you ran the site and unbanned hillel just because he did things, at least 2/3 of the site would fuck off out of principle if anything and you would be the absolute ruler of a giant dead and empty forum alongside a chicken fucking branniger from poland. And the one gamenight we still host would pack up and go somewhere else.
