Or, they used the inspect element tool to make it look like they logged into the account, then took a screenshot, and are pretending to be Flvffeeler88 to rustle your jimmies.

I took a screenshot of my own Twitter account, then took another of the FlvffFeeler account and edited onto the first screenshot

[ATWA ya dig?]

You can inspect + I in the "edit profile"?

No, you open your own personal profile, change your profile picture to match flvfffeeler's, and use inspect element to change the username and handle.
That's why the profile pictures differ. Because it's two different people making the same joke instead of two different people logged into the same profile.

Ridiculously convoluted excuse

Goot, I have a confession to make. You were right. You were right this whole time; we've been conspiring against you for a year now, trying to take you down, and I, FartmingerFuckwadCheesestein, admit to being a part of the ploy. Guys, we've been undermined by Chad Thundercock himself. I'm going to hang myself now; there's no point in going on in this life any longer now that I've been humiliated into extinction.

You won, Goot. You fucking won.

Ridiculously convoluted excuse

It is literally occam's razor. Convoluted would be thinking that they, for some reason, changed the accounts profile picture to a slightly different version for no reason at all while trying to run a psyop
