Sperg-out: I think AI640 is a great take on the overdone "robot comes to life and treats humanity as a disease" trope.
It starts off that way, because he is "born" being tested on by humanity, sees how beautiful nature is, and then sees human civilization as a corruption of that beauty, seeing all of humanity the same as those who held him captive.

Then, he actually experiences love and understands why humanity is willing to push through with everything that slowly destroys the world just for the chance of having one more day with the people we love. He realizes how many of those days he's taken away

Then, that love is killed. He goes from mocking the idea of God, to bartering with God, to believing in God and spiting Him for his fate.
