I don't know I think it was a headache but I was feeling fatigued a bit depressed I think it's the lack of sleep and water

I think it's the lack of sleep and water

That's probably a big part of it. Exercise helps too; if you make sure to drink enough water, a light jog through a nice path can help your mental health more than you'd think.
