i wonder why people are more woke over homosexuality than mental dummyations or whatever. like being discriminated against for being autistic means being discriminated over your entire way of being, something that affects how you act, how you are, the way you perceive the world etc. meanwhile being discriminated over being a caca is just petty mundane bullshit because being a homo, based on their own views, doesnt change anything significant about you and is perfectly normal. how come its more demonized to be a homophobe than it is to be a heckin ableist? why arent they doing neurodivergence acceptance shit like they do sexual real woman gender affiming shit for kids?

Because people are too "polite" (spineless) to say they're put off by the mentally disabled man in the wheelchair or that that guy with autism makes them uncomfortable because they don't know how to navigate this situation they're unfamiliar with, a situation that makes them uncomfortable, regardless of how the other person feels. People aren't as accepting as they portray themselves to be; they just like giving off the impression because they hate being seen as the dick.
The person who is a homo is more familiar to them and their situation than the person with the visible defects.

I know there's a fringe of people that seethe over the word "schizo" or even more inane shit like "lame" and "dumb."
But really, I think the reason it isn't as prominent as cacaot-lovers is because the left likes using stupidity as an insult/argument.
They can't maintain some big anti-ableism movement when they are effectively "demonizing" stupid people every day by having it be their go to way to shut down people they don't like.

They use it when it's convenient because they like the label and social status it gives them on social media. I.E., the oppressor versus the oppressed dynamic.
