Yes, but they don't always have to have such noticeable surgical scars; from what I understand, they used to do those surgeries without leaving such an obvious imprint. Nowadays they just line these pooners up on the chopping block, hastily do the surgery, and fuck their shit up for life.

It's probably easier to replicate at scale. I don't think most experienced cosmetic surgeons would want to dedicate their expertise on real women given they're usually poor and a less profitable market than women wanting BBLs or whatever.
