When people use that word, they are trying to convey to others they're being earnest, because it's the opposite of sarcasm, which they convey as irony.
Irony has a loose definition and can mean many things depending on the context, such as situational irony, but whenever anybody uses the word "un-ir0nically", you know that they mean they're being sincere, genuine, honest, earnest, etc. There are other words to describe their authentic thoughts than using that fad of a word. It has a more strict, rigid definition than the word 'irony'.
What's really ironic is when people tell you they're about to be honest, only to lie straight to your face.
unc unirønically yapping bruh ong its not that deep 💀💀💀💀
You kid. But there are people out there who would use that as a sincere retort. Excuse me, an "unir0nic" retort.

Ah, but you don't have to use the word genuinely, there are other ways of expressing the same or a similar sentiment.
>Let me be honest with you
>I'm gonna be straight with you
>I'm gonna shoot straight
>Let me be frank
>Imma be real, noob
>Lets talk real shit, noob
>In all honesty

Can't die my hair again because I don't want to stain the tub before we try selling the house and I'd end up staining my grandma's shower if I did it after I move... huff... no one understands me...
