What's wrong? I suffered a much worse rejection in high school and what I learned is that it's not worth suffering for extended periods of time after it happens. Feelings come and go.

In hindsight, I think it's for the better that we didn't end up together back then. I was very emotionally immature about love and it would have been bad for both of us. Now im in a better place mentally and that's why I want to pursue a relationship irl.
