From what I can recall, he (who shall not be named directly) confessed that he maimed and killed at least a dozen people; once deceased, he used their corpses for a variety of purposes, always sexual. With one man, he chopped off his dick, somehow attached the penis to his mouth, and sowed it shut, so the part of the mouth that was still open, the center, had a dick sticking out of it.
So then the other bodies would be used in a compromising way; he would make one corpse perform oral on the dick-mouth corpse while railing the corpse performing oral, and then another body would be used for penetration by the dick-mouth corpse.
