My dad is allmost a stranger to me, i still love him for trying but im not over idk, i honestly dont even have memorys of it i just remember the yelling and how much i hated him as a child. I still have good memorys, i would go wake him up at 11 by tickling his feet, i thought he was just a big sleeper, i remember when he "fell asleep" while driving, still i think hes a good dad.

My dad was an actual redditor with reddit humor, but he was the smartest guy I ever knew and I loved him dearly. I remember how we used to watch the Simpsons together and he’d say all the quotable lines. He was a big nerd, and at the same time he knew how to be a good father. Please, I beg you, try to have a good relationship with your parents. You have no one else in this world who is hard-wired to love you except them.
