yes i'm using the classic version of baldi's basics (1.4.3)
i'll see if porting the game to xbox will be possible

he wouldn't need a dev kit but i think you have to verify your (((microsoft))) account these days to get dev mode on an xbox one or series console. they changed the system, i had to pay $20 for access.
you're probably right about the legal stuff thoughie and the version for xbox ported is 1.1.0 i think
