Basil making an alt would completely undo all the time and effort he put into building his persona, that's why he deliberately made sure everyone knew it was him in the anonymous confessions thread and also why he kept the same name on here as he did on the shlog.
He curated his presence to the point that a single word from him could provoke wrath from everyone, creating an alt would make all that work for nothing.

Not to mention, he told me he went to an OCA church when I asked if he went to ROCOR, OCA, or some other type of Orthodox church. It wouldn't make sense for him to go to an OCA church if he was some guy from Tbilisi.

I don't think he even LARPed as a georgian for serious intentions, i think he picked it up because having SNCA ethnicity is a known trait for soybooru users, Georgia out of all things is probably because of same name = funny.
