/latam/ - Latin America general

I would reccomend you to live in the southern/center zones, there's almost no venecos or other immigrants in the south unlike the northern zone, though dont live in santiago, it's an actual noobhell as ploopy once told you on a booru post, the northern zone is mostly abandoned because the goverment is full of selfish little fucks and thats why it looks so empty in here, a northern city i would reccomend you if you wanna live here, it would be either iquique or la serena, antocacaasta is a honeypot of venecos and the crime rate is high due to being a big city, iquique is kind of calm if you live in the south/south-center zones of the city because its more calm and theres almost to little no crime or robbery in there, though the center/northern zones of iquique is a noobhell full of venecos and flaites (the equivalent of hood noobs in chile), arica in the other hand is small as f&!#k but at least you have Peru's border which is literally a 15 minutes trip to get there in a car kek, many ariqueños buy house stuff and other snca things on tacna (a peru city) because it's literally near them and it's cheaper compared to chile's pricing.
For Mexico I'd say if you want to live there then I'd say probably Mexicali (where my family is from) since it's a relatively ok city. some sketchy neighborhoods but it's nice there. Avoid Tijuana it's noobhell there I don't like it
Nophono cares about Baja California Sur and it has a small population there so if you want something small and simple then maybe go there, I also heard nice things about Yucatan but I only went there for vacation once. The capital of Mexico is noobhell as well depending on where you are from what I've heard

i wonder who was the dummy who gave the idea to build a town and then a city there in first place
that reminds me something similar, iquique was built after the ocean level got lower and lower and lower to the point it was considered safe to live, often when a tsunami happens in iquique (rarely though) part of the coast and half of the center zone of the city, gets flooded
