The way that I see it: Socialism is based off of competency and more direct cooperation amongst the community. So the shareholder is (you), and if you and your collective fuck up, that's also on you. But Communism is impossible because it exists under the belief that all humans are naturally good and will do right by others, and again, that's unrealistic. Most of the time these ideologies are exercised by broke cacaots without influence who want to replace the government, so they can become the all-rich, the all-powerful, but this often turns into a nanny state or a dictatorship, often run by families.
