In fact it seems kinda, "anti-revolutionary" to force your people to pay taxes to a centralized "company" which then in turn gives out bonuses and extra payments to (((banks))) and (((companies))) whilst only allocating a tiny part of said taxes to actually fix stuff like roads, fund schools and hospitals

IIRC Tofu Dreg mainly happens with Chinese companies in SEA where they have less government oversight
