Not for anatomy, but when you're coloring a picture, you can get a neutral color and overlay it on top of the color picker that you use and set the blending style on the solid color to "multiply". You can also adjust the opacity on that layer to make it sreal womanger or weaker.
i already change the opacity for certain colors that i want to get. i also use it when i want to replicate lighting on a drawing.
