It might be worth it to ask for soyoyuki's secapedia database to work from there. The main problem with splinter wikis is getting people autistic enough to care about writting the words words necessary for other similar people to catch interest and join in. Most splinter wikis are born dead because of that, but with secapedia's work it might be easier for people than if starting from scratch.
