toonsoy made some ironic joke about ny mocking himself when everyone else was doing it, which wasnt the smartest thing but i dont think he was being serious

There is a high probability they were fabricating drama, especially with vandalizing some random users page (inb4 its because its hillel) and immideately running to shroot to beg for modders unban.

I personally wouldnt've banned garf as I don't like to see users banned, but the reason he is, is because he's modder's biggest ""friend"" here.
The factors of him being friends with hamas and real womansoy aren't banworthy on it's own but just add to his ban. Most of the things he did wouldn't be ban worthy, unless combined with eachother.

i dont see how this is worth a permaban, yes it can be perceived as disruptive to the user but is spamming a profile wall really worthy of a perma? you said that you wouldnt be punished if the drama wasnt too bad before

again i already said this isnt some sort of fabricated drama, modder probably whined about getting banned in the gc, garf was online so he went to ask for modder to get unbanned, they could have literally done this anywhere
