I played it recently and my God is it dated. The turn-based combat is slow as shit (and also unfair a lot) and its main gimmick hardly ever appears and there is no flavor text and hardly any interesting dialouge from the NPCs. Also Mother 3 is autistic melodrama commentary on muh heckin capitalism

i agree with both statements but i do like earthbound mainly because it was one of the few snes games i knew since i was 5

I played it recently and my God is it dated. The turn-based combat is slow as shit (and also unfair a lot) and its main gimmick hardly ever appears and there is no flavor text and hardly any interesting dialouge from the NPCs.
