I think its saying that moon landings aren't real because there's a bunch of oddities like the shadows being all inconsistent, the flag is moving with no wind, the earth is shown on a screen and probably other stuff like the aliens signifying how absurd it is or something.

The aliens are probably included to show people that they're "definitely in space bro look there are even heckin aliens!" in the scenario. I'm pulling a lot of this right from my behind but I can't think of any other point that the image is trying to make.
