I'm very much pleased with how the newer posters have turned out. Most if not all fit in perfectly like a glove over their first few weeks and became calm, collected and funny regulars with no fuss. I'm shocked at how many actually cared for the existing site culture and bothered to become accustomed to it, calming to watch as it has quelled a lot of my concerns. I hope this trend continues as the 'sphere grows more shaky and bleeds out disgruntled newfriends onto here in the process.
