Drunk-driving should be legal, I mean come on, when you're drunk you're most likely paying way more attention to the road then you would normally under normal circumstance. Now that I think about it actually, I say we should all incentivize drunk driving as a society.

Drunk driving would have never been outlawed if we didn't let women and minorities drive.
