I don't consume media at all. I don't watch TV, and I haven't touched the 400GB of various shows on my SSD since September. I don't read books. All of the music I do listen to is 40 years old and has no vocals in 90% of the tracks. For games, all I do is drive around on my farm alone hours a day. While the term "media literacy" is pretty dumb I definitely don't have it. Even the average goy playing Helldivers with their cacaot friends is in a better position than I ever will be. Everything takes too much effort. I can't emotionally invest myself in stuff because it's impossible for me to relate to it at all. I missed out on 2/3rds of what most people my age have done. I feel like a dummy in a midwit's body.
