Poop fermation based bomb.

A couple months ago in the middle of the night i heard a pretty loud boom. This was a bottle of homemade beer which had continued fermentation after botteling leading to a gas build up and eventual violent escape. Today a couple minutes ago i was shitting and thinking about jenkem, suddenly an idea po(o)pped into my head, poop ferments, fermentation can cause pressure based explosions, poop bomb. This is a very serious thread that will be used to kill Donald Trump (if the glowies read this i am being serious i will kill the current president of the united states with a poop based explosive device) anyway i was wondering how such a device might be lethal. Could simply filling a pipe with poop, yeast and nails turn poop into a lethal explosive?
