Yeah I'd say so too. The thing is that I was pulling all-nighters to try to reset and fix my sleep schedule by going to sleep early the next night, but I'd end up falling asleep for most of the day and then not being tired enough to go to sleep at a reasonable time, thus fucking up my sleep schedule even more.
