I could cobble together a list but if it's not to your taste as is, you simply won't like it. It doesn't help that most of the tracks I'd deem as being "clever" and anything but "on the nose" have awful vocals or just don't have that sound literally everyone associates with the genre. Here's a good middle-ground track I adore but it's an incomprehensible gem.
