The users make the site in the end, and most people moved to secapedia already because gape is an incompetent dummy.
Think of it like when we moved here after the schlog was sold.

Truth is he drove people away in the same way glueberg drew people away from the schlog and into here after the sale. He was a terrible choice and gold should have looked for a more neutral party to give the site to. Synonymous would have been a good choice.
Now though, honestly the best decision he could take is to shut it down instead of dragging it out like the nuschlog did because secapedia gets like 6 times as much activity as sncapedia does now.

noob I saw the Schlog get raped to death and I didn't hesitate to make a new website. If I stayed on the Schlog, Moon would've banned me for the flimsiest reason and you guys would be forced to use a website run by a 'cord cabal. Competition is a good thing because you can choose which site you wanna use. That's why they wanna control the wiki and slander other sites. I'd rather see an old website die if it means getting a better website run by competent people in return

Moon was completely devastating for the Schlog. So many funny users like NigKiller_Tojo just outright quit because he and Telnet genuinely ruined the site. If the Schlog was owned by a more competent person instead of Telnet then the Shroom wouldn't have lasted a year, let alone six months

I think it's funny how many people excused Moons horrible beliefs, even as he outlined exactly how he was gonna rape the site, but the second he actually got into power pretty much everyone left and turned to hating him.
