idk other than godot the only other engine is gamemaker but only the older versions are free

godot is free ig everything else is snca unless you want to use a specific language like java or something (which you can use in godot via plugins)

The only game engine I had experience is from is Roblox Studios but that shit is the 3D version of Scratch so it's just a nothing burger really
