from what I've seen you can change characters cars and sometimes bodies I've seen people do it with most of the scrapped characters but not the one with the most potential fat abbot I assume because he was cancelled pretty early on

if I had a good modelling thing I could probably swap the heads of some of the characters for better accuracy idk what else though

seems that these models have the flattest heads might be the best ones but all have issues
>cartman (perfect amount of detail head is too long and fat)
>grandpa marsh (different vehicle and position)
>mr garrison (glasses not apart of the texture and hair and mr hat being a big flaw)
>starvin marvin (head almost fine but is too skinny to be a normal soyjak/namecaca same thing goes with the body)

>kyles texture edited to look more like damiens skin texture
so far so good
