It seems to me that the Booru moderation team do not have any sense of initiative to enforce their moderation powers. It's like bureaucratic hell, nobody thinks for and act upon themselves. It's good to follow protocol, but nuance is key. Sometimes, people must act upon themselves to keep the Booru gemmy and keep the vile stuff at bay.
