I found the comments about it. The profile picture doesn't seem to be archived but it was one of the blue archive pedo characters

steam deletes messages after 2 seconds so here are some profile posts to prove it, first one is a direct reference to his review back in february, second is him talking about his ban over it (although he neglects to mention it was bcz of the review)

I think that banning 16-17 cacas actually caused the average age in the booru to decrease because all of the actual toddlers below 16 who would have been banned anyways in the past if they admitted their real age survived.
