I was going for the Holy Roman Empire country and in retrospect that was probably a bad idea. Usually nothing good came out of the HRE anyway.

I have all of Scandinavia as either vassals or personal unions, all I need to do now is just wait so that I can annex both Finland and Norway. While waiting, I'll go to war with Lubeck (read: all of Germany) and then annex it. The Stormaktstiden mission requires you to own all of Scandinavia, so by the time the war is over, Norway should be annexed. And then wait for some boring 10 years for Finland.
