I've had a constipation some months ago and it was very painful. It was so bad, that it was only a few days before I actually had to go for a surgery. That is until one night, when somehow, someway, the damn turd get out from my asshole. It was very painful (and quite bloody) but holy shit it was a fucking relief. I had one of my best sleep later that night.
