When you use a website, when you use a social media, and when you live in a country, there are rules for a reason. And there's a reason why if you violate those rules, you get punished. And if you're a person who has a habit of violating them and being an asshole, then you deserve to be punished. But if you stop being one, then you don't get punished. Simple as just respecting rules, and people will respect you. It's just like that. It's just like in prison. If you act like an asshole, you get treated like an asshole. I don't know a lot about it, but if it was happening between two people in a private space, especially you add in that they're adults and they both consent, what else did you care?
