He missed the entirety of the soysphere, he wasn't there for all the gemmy times that kept the soysphere alive and relevant all this time.
His site kept all of the least soy-oriented users. It's not a blog for jakkers, it's a blog for edgy autists with a hyperfixation for bald men with glasses.
On top of that, they're just inviting people who have never used the 'sphere.
He wants to recreate rDrama or some otber general edgelord troll site, and he wants the blog as his personal army, as we've already seen with him inviting teenagers to interact with foodist pedophiles in the name of trolling.
