Okay i'm not actually not showering but i'm showering less and in general falling behind on my hygiene and health, mentally as well tbh. I've been living like such a disgusting sloppy noob recentlh and i've gone and lost the motivation to do something about it, i feel like depressed but maybe too num to feel the anguish perhaps ?
