okay for context i already cut off my penis about 3 weeks ago and when this started happening i made a post on /lgbt/ but poldummys kept spamming real woman basedjaks about 2 days ago i noticed a weird smell coming from my neogina so i went to the bathroom and it was all brown and smelled like shit i took my dilator and dilated myxelf and when i took it out it was covered in what looked like shit its been a while and i cant go to the doctor because im 50k in debt from hrt and bottom surgery plz help idk what to do
