Or another likely subject is children with mobile devices that have an unhealthy addiction to tiktok.
I know it sounds crazy but I could actually have something going here.
This is like how the jews (by persuading the elites) allowed internet pornography to go mainstream so they could have people in waves getting hypnotised by their adult videos so they have it normalised and in turn watch it on a daily basis which in turn makes them more money.
Instead this is by the Chinese instead of the jews and instead of them doing it for money they are doing this as a test run to see how many people can be fooled by looking at certain changes in data (per user) post watching these videos.
Once all this data has been accumulated they can either
1. sell it to a close ally like NK
2. use it themselves on more outsiders or their own population
3. use it for secret service uses like for example memory rewriting/wiping
4. the only somewhat wholesome reason out of this mix: use it for rehabilitation
