The Manson Tapes

it seems a shame to have to sneak to get to the truth. To make the truth such a dirty old nasty thing. You gotta sneak to get to the truth, the truth is condemned. The truth is in the gas chamber. The truth has been in your stockyards. Your slaughterhouses. The truth has been in your reservations, building your railroads, emtying your garbage. The truth is in your ghettos. In your jails. In your young love, not in your courts or congress where the old set judgement on the young. What the hell do the old know about the young? They put a picture of old George on the dollar and tell you that he's your father, worship him. Look at the madness that goes on, you can't prove anything that happened yesterday. Now is the only thing that's real. Everyday, every reality is a new reality. Every new reality is a new horizon, a brand new experience of living. I got a note last night from a friend of mine. He writes in this note that he's afraid of what he might have to do in order to save his reality, as i save mine. You can't prove anything. There's nothing to prove. Every man judges himself. He knows what he is. You know what you are, as i know what i am,we all know what we are. Nobody can stand in judgement, they can play like they're standing in judgement. They can play like they stand in judgement and take you off and control the masses, with your human body. They can lock you up in penitentiaries and cages and put you in crosses like they did in the past, but it doesn't amount to anything. What they're doing is, they're only persecuting a reflection of themselves. They're persecuting what they can't stand to look at in themselves, the truth.

Half of my extended family told me how good I looked yesterday, and I WILL be letting it go to my head.

I would PULL if I let go of the punk/emo phase and just started dressing like an adult, but I promised myself when I was 8 that I'd never grow out of it, so here we are.
I will be wearing shitty nieche soundclound band merch until the day I die (around 55 years old)

Fucking noob FedEx driver delivered my replacement tank on its side AGAIN. About to open i and see if it's just as raped as last time

Some more shit I care about from my Arizona trip in 2025 that I was supposed to blog about on the schlog:

I took a ton of edibles in the parking garage outside of the airport. It was fine, except for getting paranoid and throwing a vape away at the airport and relying on zyns the whole flight. I was also paranoid that they'd flag me for all of the shit I've said and not let me on, then disappointed when they let me on without any issue.
Otherwise, it was kind of fun to be stoned and afraid while going through TSA.
I took more dramamine than I should have because I was already high and thought it would be cool to fly while on deliriants.
I managed to sneak away from my family to down 4 shots of Jack (I'm a grown man, but I don't like my mother seeing me drink like that)
After that, I ordered Chick-fil-A, ate the entire order of nuggets like a fat fuck, and then ordered another round.
I was paranoid as all hell on the plane and had always been afraid of flying, but as soon as the plane took off I was laughing like a maniac.
I had a jack and coke on the flight before we hit turbulence the entire rest of the way And I couldn't order anything else.
Had a religious experience during the flight and also wrote an emo song which I am not going to elaborate on.
I was terrified boarding the plane, and then was upset that the flight wasn't longer when we got off.
I don't really remember the rest of the afternoon, not because I was drinking but because it was uneventful. Pretty sure that was when we stopped at a store to buy stuff we didn't pack and I finally got to have a cigarette.
I had my own hotel room, I wrote in the journal that I intended to post on the schlog for 30 minutes, and then I took a bath while drinking V8 with beer and posting on the schlog. I had a balcony, too, and I spent a lot of time out there. It was about 30 degrees (F) warmer than Illinois

The next day we went to some tourist trap "old west" town. I bought the aforementioned mare's leg model gun and a gift for my father and my nephews. Really cool place all things considered. I had fun.
Picture I took in the parking lot that I really like:

I also was never one to like pictures of myself, but I had a lot of fun taking pictures with my family and I started getting autistic about finding nice spots to take them

We drank at the hotel bar that night, and my stepdad later told me that the bartender was concerned about me when we left. I wasn't really that drunk honestly. I stayed up for a few hours after getting into my room, took a bath, and mastered flipping my toy gun while cocking the lever.
I woke up late, still drunk, and went to the hotel cafe alone as my mom and step-dad had gone off on their own. It was nice and I love going to restaurants by myself.

That night was a party for my cousin's wedding, which is why we were there in the first place. They had actually mexicans catering and the tacos were great, they also had a margarita bar which was great for functional-alcohilic 1844. My cousin my age couldn't make it, which was lame, but I had a lot of fun and it's probably the most social I've ever been with my extended family. Gave my cousin advice on her garden which made me feel special. I also met her husband for the first time, which was intimidating because I was watching season 5 of breaking bad and he looked JUST LIKE Todd.

Woke up still kind of drunk the next day and made sure to ease off so I wasn't drunk or hungover by time we got to the wedding. I thought my suit was kind of tacky, but then my former-politician uncle was there and had the exact same amazon vest and tie that I had.
Beautiful ceremony. I was kind of bummed that I didn't have a hoe with me and that I'll probably never get married, but it didn't bother me much.
The aforementioned bro-cousin was there, so we hung out all night. I eventually got pressured into dancing, which, again, I would have done without question if I had a girl. I actually love dancing if I'm not alone. Looking back, surprisingly, I really didn't think about my ex-fiancée (evil whore that I miss dearly) once the entire night. I actually remember being in my room that night and being glad that we split up before getting married, because a wedding like that with her would have felt like a waste.
I distinctly remember posting the song "Go Fishing" by Roger Waters on the schlog music thread and typing out the lyrics that night. It's about uprooting everything and starting a family with a girl just for her to fuck it up by being a dumb cheating whore bitch, basically.

You don't need to emulate it btw, a static recomp for it dropped a couple weeks back
I'm glad to see some actual games getting ports with this tech, I was kind of scared to see it end up like the N64 static recomp thing where there were barely any ports made and it'd just be Sonic Unleashed
Aryan, I'm developing a static recomp for a 360 game myself but I won't powerlevel.
