They offered for me to have it but obviously I couldn't do anything but fix people's IP's that are nished by the detector, datamine, and do like very basic shitty events. Also you can pm me and I will tell you all the range banned browsers and OS's and the reason why for gegs.

That's not what i mean. I mean some kind of contest where participants are asked to make something and only one gets to obtain a mop. Kinda like in a real coding job. Hiring through merit.
I also believe it shouldn't be a straight process, obviously there'd have to be some kind of vetoing to avoid 'cordnoobs slipping in. But i think it could be interesting and a good way to appease the soyim.

It has also happened in the past with trusted jannies. But yeah, that is indeed a problem.
I feel like the process of mediators becoming jannies should also be sped up in some way. I've read a lot of complaints of them being relegated dalits basically forever. That's probably also why they tend to quit and leak stuff often.

Also that you need to be proven 18+ on a super datamining site. Like those ID verification sites, but obviously its a pretty well trusted euro company, and all they do is say if your over 18. But even that is enough to push people away. At least that's what I had to do. Im pretty sure they wanted that for the mediators but obviously than it would be a dnb of a system. But they should still do it because we all know what they send to them.

When raiding websites, finding out that they are vibecoded and aren't obfuscated in any way is like a holy grail for me.

I mean tbf he was a Manager before he was the developer, he probably didn't have much coding experience coming into the role
