Here's a basic gist of his criminal history from as far as I remember reading about him and his gang activities:
>Youngboy's cousin was shot dead during a gang feud between BBG (Youngboy's gang was NBA but BBG, his cousin's gang, was in an alliance with NBA) and TBG (which was in a war with either gang)
>A few hours after the slaying, Youngboy partook in a drive-by shooting on a crowd containing TBG members to avenge his fallen brethren, albeit no one perished from this attack
>Youngboy would later be arrested for this and was to be charged for murder, but his lawyers got his charge reduced to aggravated assault with a firearm, leading to three years of probation
>Years later, during a stay at the Trump Tower in Miami on a concert trip, after leaving the hotel parking lot with his girlfriend and entourage where they were then en route to the concert, Youngboy was ambushed by an opposing gang in a drive-by shooting, wounding his lady and killing an unaffiliated bystander but leaving Youngboy unharmed
>Youngboy and his crew fired back with their own handguns during the shooting, but it was later revealed that this firearm possession and continued gang affiliation was in violation of his probation, and he was soon-after put under house arrest
>Another few years later, while Youngboy was shooting a music video with some fellows, the police showed up to again investigate his potential possession of firearms. A legal battle ensued from this where lawyers and the feds squabbled over if the guns in the video were real or not. If I'm remembering correctly, Youngboy would eventually win this case.
>After this, Youngboy, now having settled in Utah with hopes from his lawyers that the new, gang-lacking environment far from Baton Rouge, Louisiana would help him get away from any more criminal charges, propped up a prescription drug fraud scheme where he used fake identities of doctors and elderly people in order to acquire prescription drugs to fuel an addiction he had. He would later be sentenced to just under two years in prison for this.
>With Trump's pardon, Youngboy is free.
