Unpopular opinions thread

>Media is genuinely dogshit in every category nowadays. It's not even an "old man screams at the clouds above" situation anymore; it's a fact. Even memes have gotten redundant and trivial. The soysphere is the last interesting thing this world has left to offer in terms of entertainment.

This is true for the internet

the soysphere is the last actually fun, free speech enough and entertaining website with a culture that keeps developing and shifting
everything outside of that is generic and dogshit, and everything from here that becomes mainstream enough also turns into something generic, boring and without meaning.

Normies are like a sludge that keeps growing and growing and eats internet culture and shits it out a week later
we can use memes as an example, nowadays you just see such inflation within the meme market that you've got shit becoming unfunny in like a week period or shorter
i remember when shit lasted at least months, was made into parodies on youtube, probably has to do with short form content becoming the main way people discover things to laugh at now

I believe it's not a problem with normGODS, per se, but more with with children and teens on the Internet, as they are the main demographic for memes due to them having nothing else to do, they're kids, they have a ton of free time, so they are most likely to be terminally online and shit up every space you see. If you restrict Internet access up to a certain age, the problem will practically solve itself in due time.

The problem is the internet becoming so corporate and people seeing nothing wrong with using the same 5 goy slave platforms instead of forums

Nobody actually likes this. The uniformization of the internet benefits nobody but elites, jews and marketers, but your average joe can't really do anything about it except complain for a little accept his goy reality.

The average goy can use this place but even then most are too lazy for that
if people actually wanted change to a great extend they'd start their own forums but they are all lazy brainlet noobs

It's not that people don't ever try, they might stumble here, If they are willing, but most of them don't because niche interests and hobbies are dead. They are watered down and reduces to vulgar consumerism by, again, children and marketers. Normies being lazy noobs is more of a symptom of a larger problem. I honestly think normies are never the problem, as they lack autonomy and agency. They will do and consume whatever you give to them, so it's really more about something else.

hold on guys I got one to make up for my blunder:
Cheddar is a good poster. There, I'm pretty sure nobody has ever said that before.

On the other hand, "the old internet revival" and playing pretend is for caca and feels entirely manufactured. They're like the "I was born in the wrong generation" crowd but worse. You can't win either way.

but why not peopel just need to make more slf sites about themselves like the old internet
What? Like blogs? Outside of Blogspot, LiveJournal, Skyrock, and starting a WordPress (people still do that in 2026, btw), among other alternatives. That's why people started using Facebook or Twitter to begin with, so you could have your own page without having to create a website for that page. Neat and convenient, and free! Also, most people are not that interesting, so it's all SNCA.
