Updated rule 2

Rule updated as per @Goot's suggestion. Zoophilia has been explicitly included as a new section called 2d. instead of being part of 2b and 2c implicitly. Animal torture material is now 2d since that rule encompasses everything to do with zoophilia or animal abuse in general. Joking about you abusing animals now clearly leads to a ban similar to 2a. so jannies can easily enforce it with their points system instead of manually banning for it.
