Oh yeah almost forgot, at ate 11 i started stimming by biting my wrist and i kept doing it until i formed a big weird welt thing on the head on my ulna where the skin is pinky-red and simaltaniously hairier and balding and it's still there on my wrist to this day. I have to explain it to everyone who notices, which is suprisingly few people (atleast who bring it up to me), of why my wrist looks like that.
Oh my God i was in tye shower just now and i caught myself doing it again in the reflection of the metal levers. I thought i stopped it years ago wtf. No wonder the welt is still there after all these years why did i and no one else catch this before ?

Every morning before I hop in the shower, I turn on my ceiling fan & desk fan (blowing air out) with the door open, and leave them running. I've no idea why, other than some Wikipedia sentence fragment from the sinking of Britannic, something like "the nurses left portholes open to ventilate the wards".
