@Detective Satori spoon-feed him on my behalf, frankly I'd have no idea what I'm talking about.

[ATWA ya dig?]

Now that I think about it, was there not an old Shlog sister-site called something along the lines of "giga.party"? Or am I hallucinating things?

Yea. Iirc it ended up getting raided maybe

someone should steal the soyjak.party domain considering it's been dead for a year

First of all you by "creating" you mean "installing a ready solution". Second of all you don't need a computer.

You buy a VPS, a domain, you learn linux, learn some rudimentary stuff about html, php, mysql, other basic stuff. You learn how to config nginx, you get https and shit. You install vichan on the vps and that's it.

Thank you for the information but honestly, I first need to get a job that I can afford to pay for so that the site can work.

this shit is cheap af doe
a vps is like $5 a month and a domain is like $5 for the first year

the problem is knowing how to do it and not relying on chatgpt because it is giga dummyed when it comes to server config stuff
